Jesse Stout has had the privilege of serving in Christian education for more than a decade. He has served in various roles from classroom teaching, special education coordinator, to most recently serving as a K-12 Head of School in Columbus, Ohio. Jesse is passionate about educational systems and programs that are equally academically rigorous and missionally aligned. With a Master's in Educational Leadership and an upcoming Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, Jesse is eager to support LIFE to strengthen programs, refine sustainable leadership practices, and empower the mission of the school to effectively minister to this community! Jesse's greatest supporters are his wife, Emily, and 3 beautiful children!

Laura grew up in Brazil and the United States. She began her career in education as an elementary teacher and reading specialist. In 2018, she completed a Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Teacher Education at Michigan State University. For three years she worked as an Assistant Professor of Education at Houghton College where she mentored developing and early-career teachers. Primarily teaching courses in elementary education and language and literacy at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Mike grew up in Southern California, where he has worked for the past 17 years. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology and Educational Studies from The Masters University and his Master's in Educational Leadership from National University. Before joining LIFE, Mike spent nine years in Los Angeles as a teacher and school administrator, one year in China helping to establish a new international school, and seven years as the director of a youth camp in the mountains of Idaho. Mike is deeply passionate about guiding and supporting the growth and development of the children he teaches.
