LIFE International School exists because of a committed group of educators who believed in a vision and worked together to make it a reality.
In 2017, LIFE opened its doors with a full Early Childhood program and a simple desire: to walk alongside each child, from their first learning experiences all the way to university readiness. This founding teaching team welcomed the first students and families, laying the foundations of the school community we continue to build today.
In the spring of 2014, a group of professionals and educators took a bold step: to create a Christian school in Tres Cantos where children could learn, grow, and discover their purpose in a safe and caring environment.
Out of this shared vision, the nonprofit association Christian Schools in Spain (CSS) was born, providing the framework for what would become LIFE International School. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to build a Christ-centered international school with a long-term vision, academic excellence, and a strong sense of community.
We opened our doors in 2017 with a simple desire: to walk alongside each child throughout their educational journey.
Over the years, LIFE has grown step by step, carefully expanding each educational stage. In September 2025, we completed this journey with Grade 12, now serving students from ages 3 to 18 in Early Childhood, Elementary, Secondary, and High School.
We look to the future with great excitement. In early 2026, LIFE will move to a new purpose-built facility, designed to inspire learning and support long-term growth.
As part of this new stage, we will share the Tres Cantos campus with SID Madrid, a partner that will enrich our community and open new opportunities for collaboration and development.
LIFE is accredited by two respected international agencies.
The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) represents more than 24,000 schools worldwide and over 5 million students.
LIFE is also accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA), accrediting each educational stage as it is implemented.
In addition, LIFE is officially recognized by the Government of Spain as a Foreign School and authorized by the Community of Madrid (No. 28078353).
